Johnny Minardi
Johnny Minardi's passion for music was prevalent at a young age. From working on countless street teams & a record store to creating his own record label at 18 years old, LLR Recordings. Johnny discovered and developed bands such as The Academy Is, Hidden in Plain View, Gatsbys American Dream and August Premier who went on to sign to large indie labels like Fueled By Ramen/Atlantic, Drive Thru Records and Fearless Records. In 2004, Johnny was brought onto the Fueled By Ramen/Atlantic Records team as an A&R representative, working in Marketing & Retail as well to get a taste for everything the label did.
Throughout his time with Fueled By Ramen he worked with Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, Paramore, Fun., Gym Class Heroes, A Rocket To The Moon, This Providence and many more. After 8 years at Fueled By Ramen, Johnny started a producer/mixer management company called Self Titled Management. He now represents over a dozen incredible producers on a constantly expanding roster. He currently works at Equal Vision Records taking on A&R/Artist Development.
Jesse Cannon
Jesse Cannon has made a career trying to help musicians for the past 20 years. Working in nearly every facet of the music business he has most notably recorded records with bands like Animal Collective, The Cure, The Misfits, The Menzingers, Saves The Day and The Dillinger Escape Plan. In 2009 he founded Musformation a blog that posted over 6,000 posts on how the new music business was developing and has now moved on to blogging about the music business for both Alternative Press and Property of Zack.
He then took on management and producing for groups like Man Overboard and Transit. This helped shape his book Get More Fans: The DIY Guide To The New Music Business, which is the most thorough and up-to-date guide to the resources and philosophies a band needs to know to get ahead in the music business today. He sees his involvement in NoiseCreators as the perfect way to make the world of music a better place, by connecting musicians with the perfect producer for their project.
